PETROLEUM PRICING

Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, September 14, 2007 — The Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission announced today the following petroleum pricing decisions, effective September 15, 2007:

• Diesel prices will increase by 3.0 cpl; 
• Furnace fuel and stove oil prices will increase by 3.4 cpl; and
• There will be no change to gasoline or propane prices at this time.

In announcing these latest price adjustments, the Commission noted that a seasonally related steady increase in the spot market price of both furnace oil and diesel products over the past two weeks has necessitated the price adjustments announced today.   

The Commission's next scheduled price adjustment will be on October 1, 2007.
