PETROLEUM PRICING

Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, December 1, 2009 — The Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission approved the following petroleum pricing decisions, effective 12:01 a.m., Tuesday, December 1, 2009:

• There will be no change in gasoline, diesel, furnace oil or stove oil prices; and
• Propane prices will increase by 4.8 cpl for Superior Propane, Irving Energy Distribution and Marketing and Kenmac Energy Inc.

The Commission's next scheduled price adjustment will be on December 15, 2009.
