PETROLEUM PRICING

The Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission approved
the following petroleum pricing decisions, effective 12:01 a.m.,
Wednesday, October 1, 2014:

Gasoline prices will increase by 2.0 cents per litre (cpl);
-
Diesel prices will decrease by 1.2 cpl;
-
There will be no change in furnace and stove oil prices; and
-
Propane prices will increase by 1.4 cpl for Superior Propane, by 0.8
cpl for Irving Energy Distribution and Marketing and by 2.0 cpl for
Kenmac Energy Inc.
Including adjustments for taxes, pump
prices for regular unleaded gasoline at self-serve outlets will now
range from 135.2 cpl to 136.3 cpl. Maximum before tax propane prices
will range from 78.5 cpl to 82.2 cpl. The maximum price for furnace oil
will remain at 102.3 cpl, plus tax.
The Commission's next scheduled price adjustment will be
on October 15, 2014.
