PETROLEUM PRICING

Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, August 15, 2018

The Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission approved
the following petroleum pricing decisions, effective 12:01 a.m.,
Wednesday, August 15, 2018:

Gasoline prices will decrease by 2.1 cents per litre (cpl);

There will be no change in the price of furnace oil, stove oil
or diesel at this time; and

Propane prices will increase by 0.6 cents per litre (cpl) for
Superior Propane, by 1.2 cpl for Irving Energy Distribution and
Marketing and remain unchanged for Kenmac Energy Inc.
Including adjustments for taxes, pump prices for regular unleaded
gasoline at self-serve outlets will now range from 125.9 cpl to 127.1
cpl. Pump prices for diesel will continue to range from 132.3 cpl to
133.4 cpl. Maximum before tax propane prices will now range from 80.0
cpl to 80.8 cpl.
The maximum price for furnace oil will continue to be 94.3 cpl, plus tax.
The Commission’s next scheduled price adjustment will be on
September 1, 2018.
