PETROLEUM PRICING



 

Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, January 17, 2020 The Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission approved the following petroleum prices effective 12:01 a.m., Friday, January 17, 2020:

    • The price of gasoline will decrease by 3.0 cents per litre (cpl);

    • The price of furnace oil will decrease by 4.6 cpl;

    • The price of diesel will decrease by 5.0 cpl; and

    • Propane prices will decrease by 7.5 cpl for Irving Energy Distribution and Marketing, by 7.2 cpl for both Kenmac Energy Inc. and Noonan Petroleum, by 6.8 cpl for Superior Propane, and by 6.6 cpl for Island Petroleum.

At self-serve outlets, regular unleaded gasoline will now range from 112.5 to 113.6 cpl. Diesel will range from 128.3 to 129.5 cpl.

The maximum price for furnace oil is 99.9 cpl.

Maximum propane prices will now range from 76.7 to 80.9 cpl
