NOTICE PETROLEUM PRICING

Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, February 28, 2020 – The Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission approved the following petroleum prices effective 12:01 a.m., Friday,  February 28, 2020:

• The price of gasoline will decrease by 3.5 cents per litre (cpl);

• The price of furnace oil will decrease by 5.0 cpl;

• The price of diesel will decrease by 5.0 cpl; and

• Propane prices will decrease by 0.1 cpl for Irving Energy Distribution and Marketing; increase by 1.0 cpl for both Kenmac Energy Inc. and Noonan Petroleum; increase by 0.1 cpl for Superior Propane, and increase by 3.0 cpl for Island Petroleum.

At self-serve outlets, regular unleaded gasoline will now range from 111.4 to 112.6 cpl. Diesel will range from 114.9 to 116.0 cpl.

The maximum price for furnace oil is 87.2 cpl.
