NOTICE OF APPLICATION
Retail Gasoline and Diesel Outlet TAKE NOTICE
that Fortune Travelstop Inc. has applied to the Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission ("Commission") for
a retail consumer outlet licence under the
Petroleum Products Act to operate a retail self-serve gasoline,
diesel, furnace oil and propane cylinder exchange
outlet. The application also includes a convenience store and a full-serve
eat-in restaurant and is to be located at civic address 2065, Rte 2, Fortune
Bridge, PEI, (previously Abel’s Corner Convenience outlet). To view the application and information provided by Fortune Travelstop Inc. in support of its proposal, click here.
