TAKE NOTICE that Mc-Mac Holdings Inc. has applied to the Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission for initial licensing under the Petroleum Products Act to operate a retail self-serve gasoline and diesel outlet in conjunction with a convenience store to be located at 535 Malpeque Road (PID# 145508) in Charlottetown, P.E.I.

If you wish to comment on the application, you can write to the Commission at the address below. Comments must be received by Friday, October 5, 2007 in order to be considered. Comments provided to the Commission must also be forwarded to the Applicant at the address below.

The Commission will determine the necessity of a public hearing into this application following receipt of written comments.
