TAKE NOTICE that Baker and Son Inc. has applied to the Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission for initial licensing under the Petroleum Products Act to operate a retail split-serve gasoline and diesel outlet in conjunction with a convenience store to be located at the corner of the A.A. MacDonald Hwy and the Robertson Road (PID# 451898) in Brudenell, PEI.

The Commission will determine the necessity of a public hearing into this application following receipt of written comments.
