APPLICATIONS FOR INITIAL LICENSES FOR RETAIL PETROLEUM
OUTLETS IN STRATFORD

TAKE NOTICE that K and R Inc. (TBI) and Stratford Petroleum Inc. (TBI) have applied to the Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission for initial licensing under the Petroleum Products Act to operate a retail self-serve gasoline and diesel outlet and a retail split-serve gasoline and diesel outlet, respectively. Both applications feature convenience store facilities and both propose to locate on Jubilee Drive in Stratford, PEI.

HOW TO COMMENT

If you wish to comment on one or both of these applications, you can write to the Commission at the address below. Comments must be received by Tuesday, April 6, 2010 in order to be considered. Comments provided to the Commission must also be forwarded to the Applicant(s) as indicated below.

The Commission will determine the necessity of a public hearing into these applications following receipt of written comments.
