ALBERTON SEWAGE COLLECTION
AND TREATMENT CORPORATION

APPLICATION TO INCREASE SANITARY SEWAGE RATES & CHARGES

TAKE NOTICE that the Alberton Sewage Collection and Treatment Corporation has filed an application for approval to increase its annual sewer rates and charges from $120.00 to $160.00 per unit, effective January 1, 2008; and from $160.00 to $190.00, effective January 1, 2009.

INTERESTED PARTIES can view the application and information in support of the Utility’s proposal on the Commission's website at www.irac.pe.ca or by clicking here (374 KB) PDF*. 

IF YOU WISH TO COMMENT on the application, please write to the Commission at the address provided. Comments from interested persons must be received by Friday, October 3, 2008 in order to be considered.

A DETERMINATION whether a public hearing is necessary will be made by the Commission dependent upon the written comments received concerning this application.
