Kinkora Sewage and Treatment Corporation

TAKE NOTICE that the Kinkora Sewage Collection and Treatment Corporation (the Utility) has filed an application with the Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission (the Commission) seeking approval, effective July 1, 2013, to increase annual sewer rates and charges from $300.00 to $360.00 per unit.

IF YOU WISH TO COMMENT on the application, please write to the Commission at the address below. Written comments must be received no later than Friday, June 21, 2013 to be considered.

THE NECESSITY OF A PUBLIC HEARING will be decided by the Commission following its initial review of the filing and the written comments received concerning this application. If a public hearing is to be held, a Notice of Hearing will be published. Otherwise, the Commission will finalize its review in the form of a written Order. Any Orders issued in this matter will be posted on the Commission’s website at www.irac.pe.ca.
