THE
MISCOUCHE Sewage Collection and
Treatment Corporation (the
Utility) has applied to the Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission (the
Commission) for approval to increase sewer rates on January 1, 2017 and
January 1, 2018.
The Utility is proposing the following changes:

be addressed to the Utility.
The Commission's rate review process involves:

the Utility filing a
rate application;
-
public notification of the proposed
rate changes;
-
the Commission's review of the
application through a paper review process or a public hearing; and
-
the issuance of an Order outlining
the Commission's decision on the rates to be charged, which will be
posted on the Commission's website at
www.irac.pe.ca.
ANY PERSON WANTING TO COMMENT
on the application can write or email the Commission at the address below.
Written comments must be received on or before Friday,
December 9, 2016.
