APPLICATION TO INCREASE WATER RATES & CHARGES

TAKE NOTICE that the Seawood Water Utility Corporation has filed an application for approval to increase its annual water rates and charges, effective January 1, 2008.  Following is a summary of the proposed increases:

IF YOU WISH TO COMMENT on the application, please write to the Commission at the address provided. Comments from interested persons must be received by Friday, July 11, 2008 in order to be considered.
