Notice of Application VICTORIA WATER & SEWAGE COMMISSION 2015 Rate Filing File UW23308 TAKE NOTICE that the Victoria Water & Sewage Commission (the Utility) has filed an application with the Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission (the Commission) for approval to increase water rates from $52.50 to $63.00, and sanitary sewerage rates from $97.50 to $120.00, per unit, per quarter; and to increase charges on vacant lands with available service from $26.25 to $31.50 for water, and from $48.75 to $60.00 for sewer, per quarter, effective October 1, 2015. IF YOU WISH TO COMMENT on the application, please write to the Commission at the address below. Written comments must be received no later than Friday, September 11, 2015 to be considered. A PUBLIC HEARING will not be held unless the Commission determines a hearing is necessary. If there is a public hearing, a Notice of Hearing will be published.
