Teresa Hennebery v. Town of Stratford

Pursuant to Section 28 of the Planning Act, Teresa Hennebery has appealed decisions of the Town of Stratford to grant preliminary approval for a 42 lot subdivision on property #790212 and to change the use of Lot #30 on Blue Spruce Drive from single family residential use to a public roadway.

The appeals will be heard at 9:30 a.m., Wednesday, March 25, 1998 in the Commission Hearing Room, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown. The appeals will continue at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, March 26, 1998 if necessary.

Interested persons may attend appeal hearings and be heard.
