Pursuant to Section 28 of the Planning Act, Wendell Deagle has appealed a decision of the Department of Community Affairs and Attorney General to deny subdivision approval for Parcel #735571 located at Souris West.

The appeal will be heard at 9:30 a.m., Thursday, March 19, 1998 in the Commission Hearing Room, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown.
