Pursuant to Section 28 of the Planning Act, Steve Paulowich and Marie Paulowich have appealed decisions of the Municipal Council of North Rustico to grant subdivision approval for five lots located in Lantern Hill Subdivision at North Rustico.

The Commission will conduct a hearing to hear PRELIMINARY MATTERS (Only) at 9:30 a.m., Tuesday, March 17, 1998 in the Commission Hearing Room, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown.
