Pursuant to Section 28 of the Planning Act, Edwin Moase has appealed a decision of the Community of Warren Grove to approve a building permit for Lot #5, subject to certain conditions. The lot is located in Moase Subdivision at Warren Grove.

The appeal will be heard at 9:30 a.m., Friday, April 17, 1998 in the Commission Hearing Room, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown. The appeal will continue at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, April 22, 1998 if necessary.

Interested persons may attend appeal hearings and be heard.
