NOTICE
APPEAL #LA98008 - Gerry Auld
v.
Minister of Community Affairs & Attorney General

Pursuant to Section 28 of the Planning Act, Gerry Auld has appealed a decision of the Minister of Community Affairs and Attorney General to deny a building permit for a storage building for a water pump system on parcel #641969 at Stanhope.

The appeal will be heard at 9:30 a.m., Wednesday, July 8, 1998 in the Commission Hearing Room, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown.

Interested persons may attend appeal hearings and be heard.
