Pursuant to Section 28 of the Planning Act, Gordon Perry has appealed a decision of the Minister of Community Affairs and Attorney General to deny subdivision of Provincial Property # 106195 located at Chepstow.

The appeal will be heard at 9:30 a.m., Wednesday, July 15, 1998 in the Commission Hearing Room, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown.

Interested persons may attend appeal hearings and be heard.
