APPEAL #LA98007 - Kathy & Mark Hodson

Minister of Community Affairs & Attorney General

Pursuant to Section 28 of the Planning Act, Kathy and Mark Hodson have appealed a decision of the Minister of Community Affairs and Attorney General to deny a building permit for Provincial Property Number 674051 at New Dominion.

The appeal will be heard at 9:30 a.m., Tuesday, August 25, 1998 in the Commission Hearing Room, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown.

Interested persons may attend appeal hearings and be heard.
