Pursuant to Section 12 of the Roads Act Highway Access Regulations, Mary I. Kelly has appealed the decision of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works to deny an application for an Entrance Way Permit for Provincial Property Number 178426 at Bristol.

The appeal will be heard at 9:30 a.m., Wednesday, August 26, 1998 in the Commission Hearing Room, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown.
