Pursuant to Section 28 of the Planning Act, Clarence MacKenzie and Dorothy Young have appealed a decision of the Town of Cornwall to deny their request to rezone Provincial Parcel #703413 from Planned Unit Residential Development (PURD) to General Commercial (C-1).

The appeal will be heard at 9:30 a.m., Tuesday, September 1, 1998 in the Commission Hearing Room, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown.

Interested persons may attend appeal hearings and be heard.
