NOTICE
APPEAL #LA98014 - NELSON & MABEL SIMPSON v. RESORT MUNICIPALITY

Pursuant to Section 28 of the Planning Act, Nelson & Mabel Simpson have appealed a decision of the Resort Municipality to issue a building permit to Jeff Carmody to construct 3 one storey rental cottages on property number 496844 located adjacent to Simpson Mill Road in the Resort Municipality.

The appeal will be heard at 9:30 a.m., Friday, November 6, 1998 in the Commission Hearing Room, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown.

Interested persons may attend appeal hearings and be heard.
