APPEAL #LA98012 - JANET M. GREEN V. DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY SERVICES & ATTORNEY GENERAL

Pursuant to Section 28 of the Planning Act, Janet M. Green has appealed the decision of the Department of Community Services and Attorney General to grant a building permit to John Earl to construct a hog barn and lagoon on parcel number 226563 located in Kingston.

The Commission will conduct a hearing to hear PRELIMINARY MATTERS ONLY at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, November 17, 1998 in the Commission Hearing Room, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown.
