NOTICE
APPEAL #LA98012 - JANET M. GREEN V. DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY SERVICES & ATTORNEY GENERAL

Pursuant to Section 28 of the Planning Act, Janet M. Green has appealed the decision of the Department of Community Services and Attorney General to grant a building permit to John Earl to construct a hog barn and lagoon on parcel number 226563 located in Kingston.

The appeal will be heard at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, December 2, 1998 in the Commission Hearing Room, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown. The appeal will continue at 9:30 am on Thursday, December 3, 1998, if necessary.

Interested persons may attend appeal hearings and be heard.
