NOTICE
APPEAL #LA98018 - STERLING R. MACKAY V. DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY SERVICES & ATTORNEY GENERAL

Pursuant to Section 28 of the Planning Act, Sterling R. MacKay has appealed the decision of the Minister of Community Services to deny a building permit to relocate a summer cottage to parcel number 177337 located at Lakeside.

The appeal will be heard at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, January 19, 1999, in the Commission Hearing Room, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown.

Interested persons may attend appeal hearings and be heard.
