NOTICE
APPEAL #LA98017 - TERRY KELLY AND MARY KELLY V. MINISTER OF COMMUNITY SERVICES & ATTORNEY GENERAL

Pursuant to Section 28 of the Planning Act, Terry Kelly and Mary Kelly have appealed the decision of the Minister of Community Services  and Attorney General to grant a building permit to PEI Fur Farms Ltd. to construct a mink farm on parcel number 179994 located at Green Meadows.

The appeal will be heard at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, February 2, 1999, in the Commission Hearing Room, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown. If necessary, the hearing will continue at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, February 3, 1999.

Interested persons may attend appeal hearings and be heard.
