APPEAL #LA99004 - DON DONOVAN V. DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY SERVICES & ATTORNEY GENERAL
Pursuant
to Section 28 of the Planning Act, Don Donovan has appealed the
decision of the Depart-
ment of Community Services and Attorney General to grant a building permit to
Edna Wall to relocate a mobile home on parcel number 398081 located in Mount Herbert.
The appeal will be
heard at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, April 23rd, 1999 in the Commission Hearing Room, 5th Floor,
National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown.
Interested persons may attend appeal hearings and be heard.
