NOTICE
APPEAL #LA99003 - DAVID MCQUAID V. CITY
OF CHARLOTTETOWN

Pursuant to Section 28 of the Planning Act, David McQuaid has appealed the decision of the City of Charlottetown to deny a building permit for an eight-person community care facility at 1 Ridgemount Court, Charlottetown.

The appeal will be heard at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, June 2, 1999 & Thursday, June 3, 1999 (if necessary) in the Commission Hearing Room, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown.

Interested persons may attend appeal hearings and be heard.
