DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY SERVICES & ATTORNEY GENERAL

Pursuant to Section 28 of the Planning Act, Jean DeLory has appealed the decisions of the Department of Community Services and Attorney General granting Raymond Brow three building permits (Permit #K-60-99, #K-143-99 and #K-153-99) for parcel number 770131 located at Georgetown Royalty.

These appeals will be heard at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, September 14th, 1999 and Wednesday, September 15th (if necessary) in the Commission Hearing Room, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown.

Interested persons may attend and be heard.
