Pursuant to Section 28 of the Planning Act, Rick Roberts has appealed the decision of the Department of Community Services and Attorney General to issue Catherine MacKinnon a building permit for an Entertainment Barn "Theatre" on Parcel Number #91868 located at Stanley Bridge.

The Commission will conduct a hearing to hear PRELIMINARY MATTERS ONLY at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, September 28th, 1999 in the Commission Hearing Room, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown.

Interested persons may attend and be heard.
