Pursuant to Section 28 of the Planning Act, Gordana Jones has appealed the decision of the North Rustico Community Council to issue Jen Marshall a building permit to build an accessory building on parcel number 640383 located at North Rustico.

The appeal will be heard at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 21, 1999 in the Commission Hearing Room, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown.

Interested persons may attend and be heard.
