Notice of Hearing

TAKE NOTICE that the Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission will commence a public hearing at 9:30 a.m. on TUESDAY, the 25th day of APRIL, A.D., 2000 into an application by IRVING OIL LIMITED in respect of the following motor fuels outlet:

NEW LONDON, KENSINGTON R.R.#6 
PRINCE EDWARD ISLAND

This hearing will be held in its Hearing Room, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island.

THIS APPLICANT is seeking a change in class of licensing under the Petroleum Products Act, R.S. P.E.I. 1988, Cap. P-5.1 from a "service station" to "general merchant", with no automotive bay services to be offered in future. Further information may be obtained by contacting the Director of the Petroleum Division, H. Doris Pursey, at 892-3501.

Any person having an interest in the matter may attend and be heard. As a result of previous public announcement, interventions have been filed with the Commission both in support of and in opposition to this application.
