Notice of Application

TAKE NOTICE that the Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission is in receipt of an application by J. D. FOX ENTERPRISES INC. of P. O. BOX 131, BORDEN-CARLETON, P.E.I. for an amendment to its license issued under the Petroleum Products Act to cover cylinder and automotive dispensing of Superior propane between the hours of 7 a.m. and 9 p.m. at its convenience store operating as GATEWAY PETROLEUM located at 141 ABEGWEIT BLVD., BORDEN-CARLETON.

VIEWING OF APPLICATION

This application is available for viewing at the Offices of the Commission, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown, P.E.I.

COMMENTS
