Notice of Application

TAKE NOTICE that the Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission is in receipt of an application requesting that the Commission change the class of license issued under the Petroleum Products Act, R.S. P.E.I. 1988, Cap. P-5.1 from service station (with attached c-store) to general merchant in respect of the following full-serve motor fuels outlet:

NORTHUMBERLAND SERVICE STATION (SHELL), 
C/O HOWATT'S TOURIST MART LTD. (DOUGLAS HOWATT), BORDEN-CARLETON, P.E.I. COB 1X0

If approved, this outlet would then offer split-serve motor fuels dispensing in conjunction with an enlarged convenience store. No automotive bay service would be offered.

This application is available for viewing at the Offices of the Commission, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown, P.E.I.
