Notice of Application


TAKE NOTICE that the Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission has received an application from D. W. MacIsaac of Cavendish Services Ltd. requesting that the Commission change the class of license issued under the Petroleum Products Act, R.S. P.E.I. 1988, Cap. P-5.1 from service station to general merchant in respect of the following motor fuels outlet:

CAVENDISH SERVICE STATION (PETRO-CANADA)
CAVENDISH, P.E.I.

If approved, this outlet would then offer self-serve gasoline dispensing and full-serve propane dispensing in conjunction with a convenience store (with drive-thru coffee), with no automotive bay services being offered.

VIEWING OF APPLICATION

This application is available for viewing at the Offices of the Commission, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown, P.E.I.

COMMENTS

Any person who opposes the approval of this application or who wishes to comment in support thereof should submit his or her position in writing to the Commission on or before Friday, the 6th day of OCTOBER, A.D., 2000, addressed to:
