Notice of Applications

TAKE NOTICE that the Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission is in receipt of applications made, pursuant to the Petroleum Products Act, R.S.P.E.I. 1988, Cap. P-5.1, for price changes based on the non-crude-related components of petroleum product pricing for the following companies: Ultramar Ltd., Shell Canada Products Limited, Imperial Oil Limited, Irving Oil Limited, Petro-Canada and Co-Op Atlantic.

COMMENTS

Any person who wishes to provide input to the Commission with respect to any of the applications should submit his or her position in writing to the Commission on or before APRIL 17, 2001, addressed to:
