Notice of Hearing

TAKE NOTICE that the Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission will commence a public hearing into an application by JAMIE FOX, P. O. Box 69, BORDEN, C0B 1X0 on THURSDAY, the 4th day of JUNE, A.D., 1998 at 9:00 a.m. in its Hearing Room, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown, P.E.I.

THIS APPLICANT is seeking initial licensing under the Petroleum Products Act covering split-serve dispensing of Imperial motor fuels in conjunction with a proposed convenience store to be constructed at GATEWAY VILLAGE, BORDEN-CARLETON, P.E.I.
