Notice of Hearing

TAKE NOTICE that the Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission will commence a public hearing into an application by LOWMAR INC.of SUMMERSIDE R.R. #3, on THURSDAY, the 17th day of SEPTEMBER, A.D., 1998 at 9:00 a.m. in its Hearing Room, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown, P.E.I.

THIS APPLICANT is seeking initial licensing under the Petroleum Products Act covering self-serve dispensing of Wilson motor fuels in conjunction with a convenience store located in a retail complex recently constructed at the intersection of MacMurdo Road and T.C.H. at North Bedeque.
