TAKE
NOTICE that the Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission is in receipt of an
application requesting that the Commission change the class of license issued under the
Petroleum Products Act, R.S. P.E.I. 1988, Cap. P-5.1 from service station to general
merchant in respect of the following motor fuels outlet:
HIGHFIELD SERVICE
STATION (PETRO-CANADA)

If approved, this outlet
would be rebuilt to offer split-serve motor fuels dispensing in conjunction with a
convenience store (with additional retail/residential space and a Tim Horton's
drive-thru). This rebuild would not include automotive service bays.
VIEWING OF APPLICATION
This application is available for viewing at the Offices of the Commission, 5th Floor,
National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown, P.E.I.
