Notice of Applications TAKE NOTICE that the Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission is in receipt of the following applications made pursuant to the Petroleum Products Act, R.S. P.E.I. 1988, Cap. P-5.1 for price changes based on the non-crude-related components of petroleum product pricing: 1. PETRO-CANADA - Application for a 0.3 cent per litre increase in dealer prices of low sulphur diesel fuel and all grades of gasoline based on recovering costs related to the management of the Petro-Points loyalty program. 2. ULTRAMAR LTD. - Application for a 2.0 cents per litre increase in the posted consumer price of furnace oil and a 1.4 cents per litre increase in the posted consumer price of stove oil based on declining margins. VIEWING OF APPLICATIONS These applications are available for viewing at the Offices of the Commission, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown, P.E.I. COMMENTS Any person who wishes to provide input to the Commission with respect to either of the above-noted applications should submit his or her position in writing to the Commission on or before Thursday, 15 APRIL, A.D.,1999, addressed to: Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission NOTE: The Commission will consider the comments submitted when making determinations relative to these applications or on whether or not a public hearing is required to decide the merits of the applications.
