Notice of Withdrwal
of Application

TAKE NOTICE that the Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission is in receipt of notification from ULTRAMAR LTD. that it wishes to WITHDRAW its application for a 2.0 cents per litre increase in the posted consumer price of furnace oil and a 1.4 cents per litre increase in the posted consumer price of stove oil based on declining margins.

The Commission has approved the withdrawal of this application which had been made pursuant to the Petroleum Products Act, R.S.P.E.I. 1988, Cap. P-5.1.
