TAKE NOTICE that the Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission is in receipt of an application by CONSUMERS' DIRECT CHARGE CO-OP ASSOCIATION LIMITED requesting that the Commission remove from the Petroleum Products License No. D9096-00 issued in respect of its motor fuels outlet located at 3 Walker Drive, Charlottetown, P.E.I. the conditions which restrict sales of gasoline to members only.
If approved, this outlet would then offer full-serve motor fuels dispensing in conjunction with its Co-Op Basics store at this location.

VIEWING OF APPLICATION
This application is available for viewing at the Offices of the Commission, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown, P.E.I.
