INVITATION FOR PRESENTATIONS - ALLOWABLE PERCENTAGE
RESIDENTIAL RENT INCREASE FOR 2002

The Director of Residential Rental Property invites written presentations from lessors and/or lessees concerning the percentage of rent increase that should be allowed for the 2002 calendar year.

Presentations must be received by Tuesday, September 4, 2001, and may be delivered or mailed to the Director, The Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission, Fifth Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, P. O. Box 577, Charlottetown, P.E.I., C1A 7L1.

This information will assist in establishing the annual prescribed percentage rent increase.
