Kirk Brown and J'Nan Brown v. Community & Cultural Affairs

Pursuant to section 28 of the Planning Act, Kirk Brown and J'Nan Brown have appealed a decision of the Minister of Community and Cultural Affairs to grant subdivision approval to Nancy Allan (Allan Properties Inc.) for parcel #756122 in Clyde River.

The appeal will be heard commencing at 9:30 A.M. on Wednesday, April 28, 2004 in the Commission's Hearing Room, Suite 502, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown.
