Pursuant to section 28 of the Planning Act, Valleybrook Pharmcare Ltd., Kerry Murphy and Claire Murphy have appealed the July 12, 2006 decision of the Town of Montague to issue a Development Permit for the Kings County Medical Centre Ltd. building located at 405 MacIntyre Avenue in Montague.

The appeal will be heard commencing at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, October 11, 2006 in the Commission's Hearing Room, Suite 502, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown.
