Pursuant to Section 28 of the Planning Act, Fida Enterprises Ltd. has appealed the decision of the City of Charlottetown to issue a building permit for the construction of an office building at 161 St. Peter's Road.

The Appeal will be heard commencing at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, October 29, 2002 in the Commission Hearing Room, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown.

Interested persons may attend appeal hearings and be heard.
