O'Neil v. City of Summerside

Pursuant to Section 28 of the Planning Act, Steven and Elizabeth O'Neil have appealed the decision of the City of Summerside to grant variances in floor area and building height for an accessory building proposed by Ross and Mary Woodside for Parcel #504175 situate at 118 Gaudet Crescent.

The appeal will be heard commencing at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, March 28, 2003 in the Commission Hearing Room, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown.
